Word of caution on your ZL1 interior!!

These cars have sat for a very long time and if your dealer did not "detail" it, it will be very dusty on the inside. I went to give mine a good wipe down yesterday and when I was wiping the dust of the plastic dash trim, the ZL1 "stickers" came right off. Too late for me, but, hope it saves someone else from wiping theirs right off their dash. I am sure you will be able to order replacements, but, I don't see a need to as this is going to be an ongoing problem.

Anyone that likes to keep their interior clean and free from dust is going to run into this sooner or later.

So you are talking about the ZL1 in front of the passenger and it just slid off?
That's not good. Get your dealer to fix it under warranty.

Yes, that is the spot. If you go over with a cloth while wiping down the dash, etc., the cloth catches on the corners of the letters and rips them off.

I'd just take those off either way.

They can design magnetic ride suspension but they can't design an emblem to stay on for more than the first cleaning. Thanks for the warning. Are you sure that whatever cleaner you where using didn't cause the glue to break down? If you even used a cleaner, You didn't really say either way.

Maybe that was the reason for the QC hold and they couldn't find a suitable glue to keep the emblems on. They said the heck with it and removed the hold.
