trans/driveshaft slap noise and radio speaker problem

Ok before I take it to the dealer with a list of noises and complaints and look picky I thought I would run them by the form,

First and most important is a clunk noise when the drive train becomes loaded from a deceleration state or when I let of the gas from taking off. Sounds like a bad u joint slapping back and forth. Or a Trans mount. (Mostly low speeds and low gear) (M6) Second is the back speakers sound blown. The radio sounds ok listening to rock but at half volume listening to pop/rap the back speakers both distorted very bad. I unplugged the woofer portion of the back speakers and it go's away. I tried to hook a speaker up that I had laying around the garage and it does the same thing. Could the 2 channels for the rear woofers in the amp be messed up?
all other speakers in the car sound as expected. Bass is upout 1/2 up mid is down 1/4 and treb is up 1/2

I'm clueless on the posted problems. I have an auto and it may be programmed not to allow aggressive on an off again throttle to reduce driveline slack. I know if I give it gas too quick it won't allow it. You may want to post the audio problem in the audio section of the forum to get other opinions of members who have the stereo in their 2SS or 2LT. Lots of members are pretty familiar with the Boston Acoustics stereo and its operation.
