I heard that story on the news more then once. I do not like the media hyping a story like this. There is so much wrong on so many levels. There is to much emotion being pushed by media people. They do not care about right or wrong or the facts they only care about emotions.

He just came into all this money starting Feb 1st and getting a bike/schooter on those buses is pretty tough in the snow.

He has a job and could not buy a used bike? They make commuter bikes now. A far as snow, Guess you don't live in NYC. Every take out uses scooters or bikes even in snow,rain or hail. Hell, even my co worker bikes in to work during snow. I drove a beat up dirt bike I paid 500 bucks for 2 years during a hurricane and 3 snow storms to get to work because I could not afford a car. I smell BS, but hey, free is free Right? Maybe he wants to be away from his girl and enjoys the solitary time he gets walking. Well, time for me to begin my 50mile trip to NYC for work.
