Everything is fine. I had an injection in my spine and they think the doctor hit the dura (spinal chord) causing spinal fluid to leak out. So, I developed a "spinal headache." Worst headache ever. I'm much better now though. Thanks for the well wishes, everyone!

Ouch, I'm familiar with that pain... completely dibilitating and miserable... I'm sorry you had to go through that and hope it never happens again...

I talked to Brandon about the fedex claim... it turns out that fedex needs:

"They would have to have all of the packaging materials in tact and we would have to call FedEx to schedule an appt to inspect …… Even then, it’s been quite some time so I’m not sure how that would work, but we can try"

That will never happen. He has his money and I don't really want to beg him. He waited 3 weeks to file the claim with ebay.

Me and that guy selling those Oakley Sunglasses went back and forth too. I didn't demand any money back from him though. I just gave him negetive feedback. The way he acted I think he'd have prefered send my money back AND let me keep the glasses.

He acted like I was a total dick. He said I should have sent them back on his dime and he'd reemburse me time and shipping as well. I told him I believe in accountability and had it been a small problem then I would be fine with a refund. But they were completely misrepresented and I'll be damned if I let him just get away with it and that I was gonna be his professor in the accountability class.

He told me he'd love to meet me in person. I told him to check the address he shipped it to and come see me. It's only an hour and a half. He was PISSED. I took a picture of the sunglasses the way I got them and a screen shot of his add. E-Mailed them to him and he said OMG, I sent you the wrong ones. LMMFAO!!!!!

Funny thing is they stopped making them 5 years earlier. So I was shocked ot get a brand new pair on E-Bay, and of course, he could never produce the 'NEW' ones.

One other issue is that ebay doesn't allow negative feedback for buyers anymore. This allows buyers to scam sellers by using feedback inapppropriately.

I so want to share his ebay handle.
