Custom Billet Heater Hose Bracket

Custom Billet Heat Hose Bracket

These are more intended for 1st -3rd gens or any other vehicle with exposed heater hoses running together. And they aren't just for Chevrolet/GM products either.

These are water-jet cut from 1/4" 6061 aluminum in (2) pieces. I intentionally made both the hose holes 1-1/8" for those applications that have different hose sizes or for those that are crossed as they come off the engine.

Also, these can be installed without removing your hoses and getting coolant where you don't want to have to clean it up.

They come bare and can easily be polished by hand with some Mother's or other metal polish of your choosing or on a polishing wheel/grinder.

As water-jets can only cut out a profile, these come off the jig as (2) pieces and no means to connect the top plate to the the main base. This can be finished by me or yourself. It just adds a small fee to have them drilled and threaded and to supply a screw to hold them together. This will also provide the base mounting hole as well.

So, here's the price breakdown.

Bare aluminum bracket - UNDRILLED - $45
Bare aluminum bracket - DRILLED - $55
