Those mods prob add up to 8-9k.. not 15k...but that's too much of a car for 20k. something fishy.

It's not that big of a deal. Good deals come every once in a while. If your in the area inspect it test drive it and if everything is good then buy it

I took my 2014 1LT/RS 26k miles to Carmax and they gave me 16k. Therefore I am pretty sure Carmax will take his car for more than 20k, so there is definitely something sketchy in this car.
