do you guys have a link to a website or somewhere where people can order?
or is everything just done by phone?
Our website is "under construction" and we will have a splash page completed very soon. As a matter of fact, a member from this site contacted us about having his company do our website and we have agreed to having them do it for us. Just our way of helping out the Camaro5 community.

For now, all questions can be asked in this thread or PMed to JTinFL and we will try to answer them daily.Or you can call if you like. We are right on schedule with the Turbo Kit(actually a little ahead of schedule) and will keep everyone posted with progress and pics.

Thank You

new 2 turbos

again maybe a silly question but this may help many others:
the turbo is run off the exhaust, so is a single turbo run off one side of a dual exhaust? If so does this not reduce exhaust pressure off one side of the engine and may cause problems with balancing of engine wear?

Is there a plan for twin turbos and any concerns for a daily driver?

thanks so much

I'm no turbo expert, but every single-turbo'd vehicle that I have ever seen has had a crossover pipe that routes exhaust from both banks through the turbo.

The turbo kit actually has 2- 2.5 inch uppipes going to a single 3 inch right up to the turbo. There will be no restrictions at all and should be able to support a much larger turbo in the future for easy upgrades.

Depends on what you want ... for a roots style (top mount blower), you will see instant boost and I consider this a bit more fun to drive on the streets with the better low end tq.

A turbo will be more efficient in the long run though, but I would also consider it a little more expensive to maintain.

What I am looking forward to seeing is a twin turbo setup with smaller turbos that will spool up much faster. That will give you great low end, however these setups (if done right) are typically much more expensive (I'd say your looking at 9k - 10k) than say a top mount blower.

Do you think there is a noticeable difference in daily operating cost (gas) to operate a Turbo over a S/C car? I’ve heard that a S/C can use as much as 60hp to turn it at full throttle at high rpm, but use less then 1hp cruising on the freeway. I’ve heard the term “free horsepower” before when talking about turbo charging. Is this what you are talking about when you say more efficient? Thanks.
