Thanks, the V6 is nothing to scoff at though it's an awesome car. Maybe a little later down the line just trade up for the V8!

I was hoping to see some of you guys out and about yesterday (Saturday) but guess everyone was busy. I swung by Cabela's but no 5th gens, although I might have been kinda late.

Sorry, I wasn't able to make it out there Saturday. I heard there were 4 5th gens there around 7:30. Maybe they left early. The show starts winding down around dark. I plan on being out there next Saturday for sure.

wow you guys got msrp from henna? in early june when I was looking to place my order, I went to henna first. not only was it a 5k$ markup, but they said "..and you won't find that at any other dealer around here.." i was like

. anyway after a few other follies I landed my order at covert hutto, and my car will should be here within september! it gets built next week i'm so excited. i also just got approved for my loan TODAY!! from ufcu, got 5.7% ..meh..not great but not bad for my circumstances..i can't wait to officially join the austin crew. what mods you guys running? there's so few aftermarket out there it's tough to make a strong decision.

I think it depends on who you deal with out there. I specifically only deal with their internet manager, Craig Martinez, and his brother Jason. They've always treated me right and work the best deals for me. He sticks by his customers even after the sale. When I bought my avalanche from him, he seemed to have some pull with the tech guys in the back and always got any little kinks worked out, even if the dealer could have refused warranty work (aftermarket goodies). But then again, I've heard Henna had some high customer service ratings, so maybe that's the norm.

When I ordered though Henna, both Craig and Jason told me they had plenty of allocations....I trust em.

Quoted me approx. 8 weeks, possibly less.

I was at my ranch this weekend so I didnt get to make it. Still up in the air on those muffler deletes just cant seem to get them cheap enough. I will make deals for any of the local guys so let me know if there is something your looking for. Just installed the Corsa system on mine and love it. I have a set of ARH's instock and Corsa systems.

I'm about 30 miles out of Waco. We have a Black 2SS/RS 6M with 21"s (arrived June 5th) and a Victory Red 2SS/RS 6M with 21"s (arrived Aug 12th).
We plan on attending the meet in Austin on the 29th. It's still on - right?
