Sunroof delete ZL-1 ?

New to the forum but I've been leaning towards selling my 69 SS RESTO-MOD and looking at ZL-1 2013-2015 cars but can't find one that doesn't have a sunroof.Did all of the ZL-1 cars built in those years have sunroofs? If anyone has any info or can point me in the right direction I sure would appreciate it...

Yes they could be had without a sunroof. However, most dealers would order with a Sunroof as potential buyers wanted one. When I wanted one (6'2", so couldn't fit with helmet on), there were 4 cars on the lot, but all had sunroofs so I ordered one without.

They were manufactured in either sunroof or slicktop (hardtop) configuration.

My 2013 is a slicktop.

I'm done with holes in roofs.

In my book the slicktop version had the sunroof because it eliminated the cool reverse Mohawk and roof lines. It was truely slick.

Exactly... performance cars should not come with sun roofs. And without it there is more room for the helmet.

I had a 2013 w/o sunroof and now a 2014 w/o sunroof.

I've never liked GM sunroofs and with one on the Z you lose the nice roof lines as mentioned a few times in here.
