Dynojet (theres a banner in the background on the vid). If you watch closely you can see Mike's eyes jump when he sees the numbers. It did 270 on one pull and 268 on the other. The v6 a6 did 245 on both pulls with an airaid intake. I have the sheet and it was at a local c5 dyno day. The L99 did 323hp. It was about 60 degees out (bay door open). Pulls were done hood up.

It was with LS3 cans, blackwing tube, K&N drop in, mobil 1 sy. Gear/trans/motor oils, 94 octane and Lucas octane booster.

I agree its 13 sec numbers. It did 14.37 with a weak launch, slight motor hiccup/flat spot from low rpm launch, and then going. Did a 14.45 when launched hard bc it wheel hopped/spun. Im sure someone with more track experience could get more out of it.

Maybe his dyno reads high? Or are you saying that the 325 and the 245 numbers sound accurate? Im number 7 on the board (scribbled over my names on the sheets- can add my sig later when on a pc). They accidentally put my numbers for both v6 on the white board. It was later changed. First pull he hit the speed limiter due to my car having 18" steelies.

The tube i used was a spare v6 tube. Cut the bellows off. Lay fiberglass over the whole tube. Sand the inside smooth and sprayed the outside gloss black. Its essentially a blackwing. I figure GM optimized the path and then went back and added the appendages to silence it.

Car number 6 was a mean c5. L99 a6 w/Vortech supercharger, 75 shot of nitrous, kooks headers, and full exhaust. Sounded Amazing!

L99 stock will dyno around 320-330, but I seen them as low as 300. Stock v6 will dyno anywhere from 235-250 depending on the dynojet. All dynojet are not the same. do you know what model dynojet they used? Dynojet I used will dyno stock v6 around 240 avg. good numbers either way camaro!

Yup.. that sound about right. I did mine on dynojet 248. So if another v6 with just airaid pulled 245 to the rear wheels on that same day than thats about right on 248. Another member on 248 pulled low as 232 on a hot upper 90's day and 240 on a colder chilly day completely stock. As far as the dyno are reading seem consistant. I just think is spectacular that you pulled over 270+ with just blackwig DIY. Whatever you did seem to have bumped the number up. You should see how much your car put down just stock on the same dyno. Who knows, you might just happen to have gotten a "special one" from the factory. but eitherway, you should be stoked!!

Ran friday night with 150 shot. Track prep or lack there of destroyed any chances of getting in the 11s. Spun on launch and in the 60ft. Everyone was bitchin. Place was a ghost town by 9pm.

yeah... test and tunes are usually hit and miss with the track prep... plus you get a lot of street tire cars that will tear up the track... best bet is to try an run during a larger, actual event. Cost more money, but chances are you'll hook a lot easier!
