Heritage Rims to SS Rims

Alright so I just bought some SS rims from someone on here, to say the least they make the car but my question is it looks like it raised the car a little bit, Is there anything that I need to do to make them work on my LS. I just want to make sure I am not going to do any damage to my car. I have not driven it yet with the new rims and tires on the car but wanted yalls opinion on it before I did!!!! Thanks guys
