...yeah T-Top Mod might be doable, but I love the Coupe look vs. Vert. And the placement of the Third-Eye and Sat-Antenna are hidious. Please mod that!!!

won't the rear quarter window be gone in the official convertible as well? its a convertible...its not that big of a deal if the plastic cover doesn't have a plastic rear quarter

and from what i remember the official convertible mule had a tacky third brake light as well and the antenna was in a more awkward position...

i say it looks good...only concerns would be the safety compared to the official one

The sharkfin antennae is for XM, and it *might* be a combo for Onstar/GPS but I'm not sure. Satellite signals need line of site so that is pretty much the only place it can go unless you want it as a hood ornament.

I think GM has a diversity antennae setup for Corvette Convertibles (two antennas, one on each mirror) but who knows how much trouble it is to convert the wiring and match it to Camaro's non-diversity tuner in the radio head unit.

i think gm should put the onstar antenna where ncs has it...it doesn't obstruct from the beautiful backside like the gm mule does

I like it when I see this I cannot wait until 2011 so I can order the wifes 2SS/RS vert. I told her order a 2010 2SS/RS w/ sunroof now and pay $38k or wait for the vert and pay $45-$48k then she said she would rather wait :( Oh well it's her car

That's actually pretty cool... But why have these guys do it when the best convertible conversion specialists are obviously Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond, and James May of Top Gear?
