Looking for a good dealership with good transmission guy

I am looking for a dealership with a good manual trans guy in the indy or cinci area. im not 10% sure whats going but my car is having a really hard pull 1st to 2nd nice and smooth in the other 4 + reverse. the car has less 2,000 mi on it and when you are accelerating kinda hard and shift 1st to 2nd it will grind almost 75% of the time whether or not you are shifting fast and hard or slow and easy. Any ideas of a good place to go to or whats up with this transmission, this is my 3rd camaro with a 6 speed in it and never had this problem before now.
