how do you get rid of the vibration noise with the epco knob? It seems to be more pronounced on the 2,4,6 gears for some reason.

I used some foam tape when I put my new knob on, and mine doesn't spin. Here it is! Love the feel!!

It doesn't spin, it makes a vibrating Noise in the even numbered gears and is very annoying

I placed a babies sock over it and when the sock get dirty I wash it... keeps the original shifter clean. ( black sock with ah skull on it), pic to follow

I realized one thing that may be a rattling components.

I don't have my boot attached to the top of the shifter,
right under the knob. It's just sitting at the bottom
of the shifter on the top of the boot.

It might be the ring around the boot that's buzzing?
