How many buyers paying cash?

How many of you are paying cash? Did it help your order process with your dealer go smoother? Mine didnt!

Paying cash. I have had no ordering problems. Dealer seems to be up front. When ordered I was told it could be Oct. delivery. This weekend I was told that if Hurst restraint stays in plce I will be the next order in. MSRP for price.

Cash didn't help me either, I changed my order from a Lt2 to a 1SS. Got mine at MSRP as well.

Here is a similar thread about paying cash http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=10682 .

I had originally planned to pay cash but with this down economy I'm thinking it would be better to hold onto my cash just in case things get worse or don't improve much in the short term. I can always pay off a loan early if I want.

I need to look into that credit union deal ( http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showpost.php?p=348995&postcount=5 ) or at least get a credit union account for hopefully good auto financing terms.
