What tires are you running? That's a pretty abysmal 60 ft. I looked at your times before I looked at what car you drove and thought for sure you'd be in a V6. Keep practicing and having fun with it, that's the cool part

Don't feel too bad. I went from running a 14.3 my first time at the track and got it down to a 13.1 with a bit of practice.

Gotta say.....those times are terrible considering the mods you have listed. What is the elevation at the track you went to? Do you know what the DA was?

Dont worry about the times at altitude and with the heat you guys probably had...
Seat times and tires will help... It's hard to launch the M6 for most people, and with a bit of practice and experimentation, you'll be in the low 13's before long, and at that altitude, that will be very respectable... Come down to sea level and you'll be cutting mid to high 12's... Good Luck..

i cut around 3 to 4 tenths from my times i ran a few weeks ago, just working on launches and shifting. ill keep practicing for sure and see how low i can get my times up here.
i can't wait for a chance to come to sea level to see what i can do, although id have to relearn everything, its like a 28% loss up this high with the temps in the 80s like it was tonight.

correction:
according to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pueblo,_Colorado its 4700 feet. I didnt realize there was that much of a difference between the colorado springs and pueblo. and, according to http://www.modulardepot.com/density.php?show=density that is about a 4 tenth difference in times. these mountains drive me nuts, i was born and raised in east texas; been here about 3 years total and cant wait to get back to the homeland...
