Yeah i know...i would love to trust me...but a V8 for a first car...i doubt i would have a chance of getting it...A camaro with cloth seats and no rs package wouldn't feel enjoyable...I saved about 5k which i could use later on to upgrade the car...The V6 isnt slow at all...I mean its only about 9hp less than the mustang GT. Its more fuel efficent, i saved a lot on the gas guzzler tax and my insurance..you cant ask for more...but one day i would love to own a V8 or even a V10 when i get my money straight...

I think the car will look fine because the IOM interior actually looks a little redish to me and the exterior of the orange car brings out the orange in the interior and likewise feel that the red exterior will bring out the red in the interior. It will be a hot car........ now get off this board and go thank your dad for frickin sweet ride!

Don't do it! You should of ordered a 1lt with RS in VR, and then had the cloth seats redone in red/black twotone by katskinz

Arthur 818,

I would be interested in either purchasing your IOM seat covers and other items, or trading my black items with cash so you can have red inserts sewn in if you find you don't like the contrast.

Have you seen the IO interior in person? it does have a tint of red it in but not enough to where you would mistake it for red. Pictures make it look red but it for sure looks orange in person.
