So pissed off right now

Yesterday I found out my passenger front tire has a big screw in it. So I started looking the other tires and my passenger rear tire has also a big screw in it and in addition two nails.

Took my car to the local tire shop and they tell me they can't fix them because the tires are too worn, they only have 7,000 miles of granny driving.

I am pissed off because I have had 4 punctures before resulting in the change of the rear driver tire at only 4,000 miles.

Now, it looks like I have to change all 4 tires. Not what I had in mind for Mother's day.

I have been driving the same road for the past 13 years and even if I had a punctured tire maybe once every two years, this has never happened to me.

At this point I don't know if these are the tires that are magnets for screws and nails or someone is hating me for driving a 1LE.

I usually drive pretty conservative in city, saving on gas. I push it once in a while when there is no one around but usually it never goes above 60.

If you never get on it and dont plan on taking it to the track take a look a the 285/35/20 Michelin Pilot A/S (all Season) as an alternative to the Goodyear and not as sticky as the Pilot Super Sport.

That's a lot of screws and nails for 7,000 miles of driving. That's unfortunate, but I'd suggest Discount Tire for new tires, they even offer free shipping in some cases

Do you go to Lowes or Home Depot a lot?

That'll do it too.
