Pedders still in business?

I was planning on getting the 1LE permagrin setup in Jan but I have been hearing that people have ordered parts from Peddlers and experiencing long waits and no response from emails. I don't want to order if there is a chance that I could lose my money. Anyone know what's going on?

No one seems to know, no one has heard from them or can get responses. I heard no parts in US either from several vendors(?)

So who would be the best alternative for rear subframe bushings and front control arm bushing?

I have whiteline for the craddle inserts and upper rear arm bushings. The Make Pedders. Just a very little softer durameter and half the price.Come in black.

I tried emailing them a while back, if they went out of business that's extremely unfortunate as they offered awesome kits for those looking to track.

I had trouble. Took me "quite" a while to get a hold of anyone. And only then by messaging on this forum.
Scares me if I have another issue with my coilovers!

I ended up using BMR for my current needs.

Good luck...

He's still around. I just emailed with him on Wednesday. I'm sure he'll jump in here soon.

Pfadt and BMR make some good alternatives. Also look into Prothane.

For the rear cradle bushings, I would highly suggest going with a solid Pfadt or ADM performance SOLID bushings.

I have not had any response from them by phone or e-mail either. I have left several messages from 2+ weeks before SEMA. Solidified my thoughts to go with Pfadt.

I don't get involved in vendor affairs typically, but this is getting ridiculous. Pedders is still in business. With SEMA and PRI, we should not only expect but hope that performance brands attend these events to bring both their parts and expertise to market.

Pedders is a very small office. They just don't have the staff of these speed shops.

But this just isnt good business practice, ignore customers is not
what you do unless you want to go out of business. They have always been on this site no matter what, that is what is a bit disconcerting.
Guess we'll see.

I've learned SO much from Pete especially in the suspension sub forum. He has always been in here offering his advise and expertise! It is very strange that all of a sudden he disappeared. I know there's a good reason so we'll just have to wait and see! I just got my drop links from them last week even though it took over 2 months so they're still in business.
