Dilemma

I have a new CAI sitting on my floor waiting to be installed. I did a base line dyno, but have since installed my exhaust. Should I dyno it again before the intake and again after like I planned to or should I just install it and call it a day. I don't expect the exhaust to show a big boost. MAYBE 6hp. Your thoughts?

I didn't get a baseline dyno, but I dynoed at 337 RWHP on my L99 with cat-back only. After putting on my CAI, Inc cai, I dynoed at 347RWP. The same day, another stock L99 dynoed at 327 RWHP.

IMO, it's interest to see what each mod does.

There's no point really it would just be a waste of money. Cat back exhausts don't really make any hp they're more for sound. I would put your intake on then get it dynoed.

So many factors can alter the dyno numbers by the minimal amount you may have gained with the exhaust, it would not be worth it. Dynos are good tuning tools and thats about it... take it to the track
