Hey Rod - there's a new "Z is dead" thread that just started. Better get on that!

Buddy, pal, you do know that Q3 runs almost to the end of September, and the cold winds could be a howling and the snows a blowing by the time you get your Hurst equipped car? Oh....I know....your way or the highway. Good luck!

I wonder what fbodfather has to say about the Hurst option. I could certainly be wrong, but I don't recall too many comments from him on this particular issue. Perhaps there's something he knows but won't say (he's good at that ), or there's really nothing going on at the moment...

And as for me, I'm keeping it on for now. I trust my dealer will let me know when they're ready to submit my order for production, and at that time, we'll determine if I still need to remove the Hurst for my order to go through.

I got in touch with my dealer the other day and asked if they took off the shifter when i asked like two weeks ago they didn't know so i told them to make sure and he was like you might lose your current position put should be part of the first build cycle. What the hell do they mean as far as i was told none of their orders were picked up yet. Or do they mean of their orders they have? Any ideas?

You're trying to start something aren't you?

One of us is supposed to know what your dealer means? Sorry, but it really is quite simple for him to go into Workbench and see if the shifter is selected as an option and then delete it. And there's no reason for the priority, your position, to change from doing so. Beyond that

GM had a spec change on the part, thus a delay. (so I'm told)
