Here's a flat black SS I saw with the stock wheels. Looked cool but could have looked a lot better with some custom wheels.

For a "murdered out" matte black car, I'd paint some gloss black SS stripes on it, then go with a wheel that has gloss black lips and matte black centers. For an added touch, a matte black pinstripe on the lip. Don't cheap out on wheels though, they will make your nice paint job appear like primer. Just about any brand of 3-piece forged wheels can be built with these finishes. Here is a gallery of wheels I carry: deviatemotoring.com

Not even close to 45. Just think he can do better that the stock wheel design...

But he's asking for opinions and we've all got our own...

sorry but KMC rockstars are WAY over played... EVERY truck here has them on it. There's a local dealer that buys them for his trucks on the lot. He had 6 trucks with them!

a matte black wheel with machined face is what I would go for.

KMC has a version of the rockstarr made for cars. They are fairly new and are not extermly played out yet. If you like em rock 'em

Nine ball...I have a set of KMC rockstars at my shop. How bout I weigh one tommarrow, Please weigh one of your forged wheels and we will compare.

Sorry for the thred jack.

T D - I have considered doing the flat black on my Camaro for over a year now. I love it. A gloss black full phontom grille would accent your vehical very well.

Can someone under 45 interpret that for me? I don't have the slightest idea what he said
