Yes that's what I ordered, it is extra to have it painted there is an option on the site, think it comes black if you don't chose a different color.

It should fit 2013 I don't think anything changed from 12 to 13, think the only thing that changed from 11 to 12 was the MAF connector.

I liked the look of the rotofab the best and it really makes your car sound much better when accelerating.

It will work on 2013 models, it just hadn't been updated to say that.

I'm sure I gained hp but its hard to notice, sounds a lot faster tho. I'm sure if I did ported tb and hfc it would be a huge difference.
