H-Town Camaro Club (HTCC) has reserved Royal Purple Raceway (RPR) ¼ mile track on December 3rd between 9am and 4pm, with a lunch break between noon and 1pm.

This is a limited private event for up to 30 vehicles. Support vehicles/personnel, equipment and club spectators would be allowed to enter the property before 8:30AM. Gates will be locked after 9:00 AM.

There will be no classroom training provided, the event is considered a test-n-tune and timing tickets will be available to racers. Drivers must meet all posted RPR regulations regarding required safety equipment.

HTCC will be catering lunch (sandwich, chips and soda/water) for registered drivers, through Jimmy John’s, Subway or other local establishment.

While this event is considered a test-n-tune, HTCC has offered slots to KP Racing, KP Racing clients, The Northside Mustang club and The Houston Mopars club.

There will be no refunds and no track cancellation except for by acts of God or a rain delay. If such exception is triggered, a rain date reschedule will be made available to at no cost when such time is available on another Saturday in 2017.

Payment is $175 per vehicle (There is a discounted price, but that audience has been informed already).

Payment: There are two forms of acceptable payment
(1) Paypal:Using Paypal, submit payment (via Friends and Family) to paypal@H-TownCamaroClub.com.
(2) Bill Pay: Log into your bank account online and submit payment through your online bank’s bill pay feature (Payee: H-Town Camaro Club, 206A S Loop 336W, Suite 224, Conroe, TX 77304. Memo: RPR Dec 3rd )
Note: Do NOT use Google pay, Apple Pay, "Pay_by_email" or any other payment method than the two listed above.

Once you are paid, you must submit a follow up email to treasurer@H-TownCamaroClub.com with;

Your name: First Last
Vehicle registering with: year / make / model / mods
Your method of payment: check / Paypal

Submission of payment must be received, verified and confirmed no later than Tuesday, November 22nd, 2016. Please note, if you bill pay through your bank, it can take up to 5 business days to deliver.

To guarantee your spot, pay early and check your email for confirmation. For any questions, you can reply herein or contact the club regarding this event at Treasurer@H-TownCamaroClub.com.
