19" rim/tire questions?

Im looking at "upgrading" my 20" Cordon CR-1 rims to 19" Forgestar F14 and im looking at wanting to run 275/35/19 up front and 305/30/19 rim in the rear. What other 19" setup are others out there running tire and rim size? Did you have to do any suspension mods to make the rims fit? This will be a DD setup with occasional track time.

This is the thread that really sold me on the 19" from nineball. I just need input from others before i pull the trigger.

Much appreciated!

I'm running the Forgestar F14's 19 x 9.5 all around with BF Goodrich Comp2's right now, 275/40-19's, which I hate those tires, but will burn them off this weekend and go back to Nitto NT-05's in 275/35-19's....

Wheels and tires will fit fine. You might have to get rid of the roller skate brakes. I thought about 19x10 all the way around but ended up with 18x10 all the way around because 18" tires are stupid cheap.
