i cant figure it out it shows a faster time than really posted what does it mean?

When you run in a higher altitude you lose power so there is a correction factor to account for this. DA is density altitude.

Moreover, it's a way for people from different locations (and altitudes) to have a fair apples to apples comparison for performance times. Without that correction, there would be no way for someone in, say, Denver to compare their 60ft, 0-60 and 1/4 mile times to someone else in San Diego.
