Blue tooth issue

I have an issue not sure if it is my phone or the car. I connect my phone to the car 80% of the time I make a phone call and can hear through the speakers the other part of the time It says it is connected but I can not hear anything unless I directly use my phone. Anybody know if this is a gm, car issue, or my phone issue and any idea how to test?

iPod Problem Too

My iPod is sporadically not connecting. Dealer gave me a GM doc that says to call the GM Customer Assistance Center first or go to www.gm.vc.bluetooth. Haven't done it yet, but apparently there is something they can walk you through that may help.

The dealer makes you call somebody instead of just fixing it? wow.

I've had the same problem twice and this seemed to fix it. I'm not sure if it's a car or phone problem.

Mine would do that every once in a while with my iPhone. All I had to do was change the out put on my iPhone call menu from "iPhone" to "General Motors". My iPod would also randomly not connect I usually just ignored it and the next time I turned the car off for a bit then back on it would work fine. Good luck with your problems!

Tried most options deleting and adding, powering off the phone. i know th most repeatable way is have a cd playing and it happens almost all teh time. I am ready to take the darn radio and shove it down GM's throat. I am going to the dealre tomorrow. I really have no patience for sporadic issues like this.

Any one have a good recommendation for a replacement radio maybe with GPS?

Metra, I love it! Took a little getting used to the new buttons, but now that I have it's pretty sweet! The head unit is great!
