CEL is a deal breaker for me. If I can clear it without a tune, that would be nice.

You can get a scan tool to clear the CEL when they reappear if you like.

Is it just one time, or will the CEL appear every day?

you will be amazed when you decide to modify the car what a difference it will make in the fun factor. I lived with my car for 2 years w/o moding and regularly went to our local road course but ive been racing with 850 hp and man its a blast. you wont regret it. good luck

I run with a CEL on all the time...... No big deal..... but I do get a CEL check every month by a Auto Parts Store that run free diagnostic CEL check to make sure that my O2 sensors are the only things that show a malfunction....... When I get closer to my warranty to run out then I'll get a tune....

80lbs, that sounds like more than I hoped. You're sure about these numbers?

Oh I see, the weight of all the parts is about 80lbs. But when I replace them with lighter aftermarket parts, I will be putting like 50 or 60lbs back on the car. So savings is probably like 20lbs-ish.

Not enough weight savings to be noticed over the HP increases...

No the weight savings is what I said around 40 pounds for stainless works cat back and long tubes save around 30 pounds high flow cats around 8 pounds less than factory parts so yes it is worth to money for performance and lighten the car and the 4 inch tips look better out back compared to factory 3 inch so total weight savings is around 80 pounds with full stainless works exhaust got it now good luck

You are going to have to get pretty extreme to cut 200 pounds from this car. I have weighed my car probably 6 times as I've gone through different stages of the build. I have a 3" magnaflow cat back exhaust system now and that mod alone saved about 40 pounds over the stock exhaust.
The biggest potential weight savings possible on the car is the front seats. These power heated front seats are around 70 pounds each. You can easily get seats in the 20 pound range if you are looking for big weight savings. The front and rear crash bars can shed a lot of weight but then you mess with survivability. You can lose a lot of weight with rims and tires, brake components....
