I could probably take away another 100hp and still be faster today then I was a year ago when the car was just built! When we retuned her for the road course, we picked up a lot of HP in the bottom end and midrange which helps so much more then peak hp at the track, and we will be retuning her shortly once we get the LSXR Intake on her! I am looking forward to see if, and if so where we pick up som HP. We will be sure to post the results here. Quote:
I agree, I really love the sound of her. I have never had a better sounding car myself and I never get bored of it My neighbors on the other hand... |

I saw your car at the PRI show last year and it looked and sounded awesome. I'll be seeing you in a couple of weeks at Sebring and by the sounds of it will probably be seeing a lot of your tail lights. You'll have to give me some pointers. And good job with the forum wars too.

I see the camaro owners overlook the fact that in a foot race if you have two legs and beat a man with one leg...is it really winning? But great driving none the less...just recognize that the challenger ran as slow as it did because the turbo was fried in the practice run and he was basically running just to finish out the show in spite of damaging his car. Jeff knew he lost once the turbo blew but he ran his car in the actual race anyway and the show (and his opponent) failed to mention that little fact...now if he hadn't had that handicap who knows what would've happened

I compared the guy in the Mustang GT against Erik's Times... Mustang GT would lose too.. Camaro5 is undefeated in Forum Wars by the way...
GREAT JOB ERIK!!! By the way reliability in any race can win or lose it. The Challenger was not reliable so it lost on that count alone. It's all part of the game... Just like the Corvette Z06 had clutch problems.

I know the Challenger owner...it actually is accurate. His car was broken. They think rubber from one of the burnouts took out the turbo. That's one of the design flaws I see with the STS rear mount system. Too much crap gets thrown up back there.
