True

You decide... Here's a few pics of the turbos and the intercooler... I've included pics of my old turbos for a side by side comparison... Note the size of the intercooler in relationship to the frame horns... In addition to the 5 inch thickness, We had to clearance the core support to fit it in... We were over 800 rwhp with the old turbos and the bad inefficiency due to the turbos overspinning to make the boost... They were fine for a 376 CI engine, but much too small for a 429 CI engine... We mount these on custom hand made turbo manifolds... and those are 3.5 inch down pipes... That's our fabricator in the pic from the front looking at the turbos... He is a clown... but a damn fine fabricator and welder...

New turbos... X2

PTE's PT7675 Turbocharger features the following:
• Exclusive CEA® (Competition Engineered Aerodynamics) compressor wheel machined from a 2618-aluminum forging
• Higher efficiency and faster transient response for maximum power and performance
• 76mm inducer compressor wheel
• Compressor cover options:
- "H" compressor cover 4.0" inlet/3.00" outlet
- "Ported H" compressor cover 4.0" inlet/3.00" outlet
• 75mm, 84 trim turbine wheel
• Turbine housing options:
- T4 Tangential .96 A/R with 3 5/8" V-Band discharge
• Air-cooled, dual ceramic ball-bearing center housing rotating assembly (CHRA)

Thi is v6 or v7 of this car and this build... We find the weak links by breaking something and fix it then press on...

Nope, we may not even run juice... Depends on how the boost and current fuel pump system works out...

I run 10.8-1 on the Vette and stock compression on my Camaro. They are both centrifical blowers.

Pretty sure turbo's like lower compression. My builder has a 427ls with a big turbo at 10-1 compression. With 18lbs boost,93 octain and methanol he runs high 7's at 175mph in his street car.
