I thought he said it was a 67 but your probably right, 1st gens are awesome but I dont know them that well.. there too damn expensive! Awesome car tho.. he has an lt1 swap in it (the old one lol) its a no ac no radio car. Id love one but I need a nice 2nd or 3rd gen for a 454 im building right now with some nice heads and cam... was gonna go in a gbody el camino I had but its gone so I want a bbc camaro. it looks like a 67 to me. the 68 would have those small side marker lights by the front and rear bumpers on the sides. unless he removed those, but 68 is when they started that as i had a 68 chevelle that had those , plus shoulder harness too for the first time.

Yep, not a '67

'67 had wing vents (and the only year of Camaro that did)

No vent windows = 68. No side markers = 67. So, it's either a 67 with 68 doors or a 68 with shaved side markers.

That is true, so either the '67 wing vents were removed or the '68 side marker lights were removed.

Very cool!

I entered my car in a fundraiser car show at my boys High School and was parked next to a '69.

I got a couple of pics 'shoulder to shoulder' with it.
