Hey guys my name is Dylan and 2 years ago I got my summit white 2LT! Im new to this whole build thread but here goes nothing. When I was looking for cars the moment I saw the Camaro I knew I had to have it, so I went to my local Chevy dealership and found out that a 2011 2lt in summit white had just been brought to an Orange County Dealership and I went to see it that night ! I ended up getting it that night and finishing the paper work also. They detailed the car and I was to pick it up in the morning. So I have now had my car for two years and the first year all I did was get the wheels powder coated gloss black haha! However the mod bug got to me in the last year and here is my list of mods!

Exterior:
19" Niche Circuit wheels
Carbon Creations ZL1 hood
Carbon fiber OEM spoiler
Zl1 front bumper conversion
Rear black out panel
Black out tail lights/side markers/ reverse lights
Carbon fiber vinyl emblems front and rear
Flat black taillight bezels
15% window tint
Flat black "Camaro" side lettering
6000k HID fog and headlight bulbs
Custom Stitched Seats
Gloss black hash marks
Performance:
BBK long tube headers with high flow cats
K&N typhoon intake
Vmax ported throttle body
Magna flow cat back exhaust with resonated x-pipe
Pdaft lowering springs
Hypertech max engery programmer

Wow! How is that even possible? How was that insert attached to the hood? Who makes this hood? I thought I went the cheaper way buying TL1 hood insert ( most of the times cheaper means lower quality) but it is attached with bolts to oem hood so I don't see any possible way for it to fly away

Are you going to fix it and use it again? Where you able to stop in time and pick up your insert? All I can say that the hood looked really nice, sorry that you had this incident.

So the zl1 hood didn't last long and I've been stuck with the stock hood for months! But today I picked up a full carbon fiber cowled hood! Check it out
More mods tomorrow!!
