short compare: mustang 2011 v6 / 2010 camaro v6 rs
well as you guys know i went and traded i nthe camaro for the new stang heres my initial impression.
[ATTACH]159634[/ATTACH Looks wise camaro 10/10 mustang 8.5/10 handling camaro 9/10 mustang 8.5/10 build quality camaro 7.5/10 mustang 9/10 visibility camaro 7/10 mustang 9/10 performance camaro 8.5/10 mustang (evaluation coming after break-in) but feels real fast. gawk factor! camaro all the way. Basically wanted to go convertible and with the ford employee pricing discounts i couldnt pass up the offer on my camaro. the camaros looks are way impressive compared to the mustangs newly refreshed shape.handling the camaro felt planted and on rails , the 20 inch rims and stock 274/45/20s are probably tthe biggest reason compared to my mustangs 235/50/18s...build quality im sorry but the stang destroys the camaro in this respect.Car feels overall more solid (convertible added frame modules maybe?).No noise at all in the stang and the paint quality is way better too.the seats are beautiful leather with white accent stitching.microsoft sync destroys the onstar/cellphone system.audio system i preferred the sound in my camaro..maybe because my convertible doesnt have any speakers in decklid. As for visibility, well a no brainer being a convertible i have no blind spots (almost)...and the car is 300 lbs lighter... Havent stepped on it as odometer is only at 100 km...but it feels hella fast! Last edited by Ex-stang; 08-31-2010 at 03:41 PM. |

It does look nice but lets hope you change your mind once you see the C5 Convertible.
Congrats on the new car...
