Going for a totally different overall look with the car.

I also dropped it using H&R drop springs. More appearance mods coming soon to support the new look!

Very well done, start to finish (whenever that happens). Your car looks much more mean with those rims, could be the stance too... but definately more intimidating either way! Awesome job!!

So what would be required to convert a G8 to a Lumina other than hood and bumper. Bumper support and badges? If G8 GT prices come down even more I may strongly consider this for a DD.

Well done, I've always wanted to do this conversion to a GTO.

It depends how accurate you want to be. Exterior appearance wise, I could do it with the small center grill, and 2 badges. The hardest part is the interior, namely the airbag. The shifter also has a logo.

To do it starting with a G8, you would need front bumper and hood, plus what I mentioned above.

So if I really only care about the exterior I could do just bumper and hood? Any idea on what that would run?

Thanks

Bumper and Hood kit will cost you $2,500, unpainted. Additional grills and badging will be less than $300.

It runs great as well, in big part thanks to Vector Motorsports!

Not sure about your state, but in GA, you do NOT have to convert the rhd...having driven XB Falcons for years...but you do have to wait the 15 years tho...( i mean really? The POST OFFICE can do it right?? Screwed at drive thru's and banks tho....always went in reverse...lol VERY amusing...)

Sad really, that the Mad Max cars were illegal here, now legal...but now extremely ILLegal in AU...their laws governing what you can and cannot do, to a car are sooo ridiculous, its embarrassing.

I haven't posted about my car on here for a while. Thought you all might like to check out the feature in Auto Eclectic Magazine!
