i dont think there has been a metion of a Z28 or an SS package but im sure if those come out we will have no problem keeping up with the ridiculously overpriced GT500 that nobody can afford anyway.

Besides the higher they get the HP up without a SC, the higher it will be after i add one!!!

the closer we get the more i think the Camaro is going to get the new LSA engine going into the CTS-V

Why do you say the gt500 is ridiculously over priced, isn't it like 42k? I paid almost 36k for my ss in 02.

I'm guessing the SS will have a superchared V8 and the Z28 will have the base V8

i guess your right the GT 500 does start at 42k. but the convertible is at 47k, and for The GT500KR (an extra 40 hp and special hood) 80k

i thought it started at fifty...gonna have to find the website that told me that and complain...

i just cant see spending that much on a mustang that probably wont hold its value anybetter than everything else on the road.

You're definately right about the depriciation value of these cars though. I paid almost 36k for my ss and now people laugh at me if I try to sell if for 25k, and it only has 1600 miles on it. I mean it is in show room condition; it has never even been in the rain.

It's a couple not a convertible. It is black though. It looks like the one in tag ur it's signature except with the slp center mount oval dual exhaust.

great car, ive been looking for a triple black 02' for a long time...they seem to be a little hard to find around indy...thought i might have found a break...but anyways, a great car.

We will probably have to wait about a year after the initial introduction before the 500+ version comes out if there is one.

that all depends i guess... i hope that, like the challenger it comes out with the debut, but unlike the challenger it isn't the only one available...
