I want to install heated seats in a 1ss with leather seats and was told that I need to get the radio controls with the heated seat switch and the heaters for the seats and that they would work. But I'm curious as to rather or not the car is already wired for it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It should be already wired for it, i'm not 100% but you would need a new radio face / HVAC controls. Or you can add aftermarket heated seat elements and wire in a switch for a little bit cheaper.

ive got the radio face and controls if you decide to go this route.
