Tinting/Painting Tail Lights
Has anyone tried tinting/painting their taillights/3rd brake light dark from the factory red? I have a spare set and would like to try it out.

I got the vinyl tint package from Big Worm Graphix. It only tints the light/white part of the tail lights, but I really like it.

It looks good, I think what I'm aiming for is the whole light though. Not sure.

I'd probably recommend a tint shop for the entire light. There are a lot of angles to work with on the tails. I was quoted $100 to do all 3 lights. There is also some sort of tint "spray", so hopefully someone can chime in with experience with that stuff.

I used VHT niteshades on mine. $15 for the can and looks great. I taped off my reverse lights tho, but you can do the whole thing if you want.

I did my own tint using some tinting vinyl from VVIVID.
