Need a shortblock for boost

Im looking for options on a shortblock preferably RHS or ERL block built at 9:8:1 for big boost and big power. All of you engine builders out there get me an estimate for a shortblock that will hold up to approx. 2500rwhp as I am mounting an F3R-136 to it and needing a shortblock and want to see if anyone on here can hook me up.

Hey Jason, what size FMIC were you running with your F2? Im going TT and 1100-1200rwhp soon and am upgrading intercoolers but need something that wont completely block my radiator since i plan to road course the car. I was looking at the procharger 1300hp unit that is only 12.5" tall but is deeper at 4.5" thick vs only 3" that im running now. Both are 27inches wide.

Did you have fitment issues, if so what did you guys have to fab up. I assume the bumper may have to swapped over to tubing....

Have you considered the IC that ECS uses? Their's mounts vertically. It's goes from bottom to top, and allows the sides of the radiator to still be exposed.

I ran the standard race IC procharger has and yes I have tubing across front and allows plenty of airflow. My car with the f2 would never go over 176

That is insane!! I would have never thought that a motor like that could cost that much. I wonder if they offer financing options?

lol! Once you get over 1800 hp it cost to get a motor that will last a whole season. Of course if you buy the motor you get Steve Petty to tune it. If i wanted a 2500 hp drag car I would be at proline. Keith Berry and Proline are running 4.19 in the 1/8 with an LS engine thats crazy...

To wrap my head around that is nuts in itself. In person, I don't think I can recall seeing anything like that. Aside from an exotic car. I can imagine that if you've invested enough in a induction system, then you would want top line parts for it to hold. But a motor like that, lasts how long? What is the cost to tear it down and go over parts?

Don't show Jamie this. He'll want to buy one too. He's in that mode where he's like a kid locked in a candy store.
