The purpose of the heat extractor, will it block the air flow? What about when it rains? Also will adding that have an effect on the engine cooling? I know it won't run hot bc your fans are covering the radiator, but the top half the engine looks blocked from air flow.

I like the look though.

Ok, got it now. It doesn't block any of the airflow up. However, where the rain shield empties out will be right on top of the shroud. I am not currently running the rain shield. I have a custom hood vent that gives me more clearance for the SC. I haven't had any heat issues.

You can see from the picture the shroud come out past the first small vent, but the others are wide open.

Yeah but a ton of air flow comes up through the area this piece covers. Not saying it will be a problem but definitely something to monitor.

I will say this... It does look good and that area always looks weird to me when I open the hood.

Ok, was just wandering, if you are not running rain shield & it's custom, then as long as it works.
