Front suspension torque and alignment specifications

Been searching the forum to no avail so far. I have 2 questions.
I'm looking for the front suspension bolts torque values. I'll be installing 1" drop springs and want to re-time the bushings. I have all the specs for the rear suspension bolts already so I'm set there.
Second question is what alignment specs should I shoot for. Car is a daily driver that may see 1 or 2 track days a year ( Talladega and maybe 1 Autocross event ). 99% of the time car will be driving the twisty roads of eastern TN for pleasure.
Car has MTI sway bars, BMR trailing arms, toe arms, rear cradle inserts and now I'll be adding BMR 1" drop springs. Tires and wheels are stock 20" SS. Thanks in advance for any help and suggestions.

The radius rod inner bolt torques to 37 ft/lbs. plus 150 degrees, the lower control arm is 37 ft/lbs. plus 120 degrees. They are torque-to-yield bolts which is the reason for the additional degrees of tightening.

As for alignment specs, OE is:

FRONT
Camber: -.2 degrees
Caster: 6.4 degrees
Toe: +.2 degrees

REAR
Camber: -.4 degrees
Toe: +.2 degrees

To get the most out of your new ride height, we recommend the following specs for the street:

FRONT
Camber: -.8 to -1 degrees
Caster: 6.4 degrees (not adjustable, remains at max OE setting)
Toe: -1/16

REAR
Camber: -.6 to -.9 degrees
Toe: -1/16
