What did you find out? I have the same problem. Just had new wheels and alignment done today and one wheel is sticking out 1/4 inch more than the other.

Check the wear patterns on both tires, make sure all the lugs are torqued right, and just measure the tire yourself. See if it's the tires.

This is what I found out the hard way after a great deal of research with the engineers at Pedders/BMR and anyone else that would talk to me.

What ended up happening is when I lowered the rear cradle to install inserts the cradle did in fact shift to the left. I took the car to a frame shop and had it adjusted. I too was convinced that there was no way for this to happen as the rear cradle has pins. I was wrong and now after the adjustment have a balanced/aligned rear cradle.

True story brother!
