yes another day and no movement if i dont have my car by next friday 2 weeks i am walking from my deal. who wants a new sports car for fall and winter? i will wait until feb and order it again. in my case this was a luxury purchase made back in June when things were different in the economic outlook. i also think in 3 to 6 months we all can get better prices when dealers are stuck with these cars that are sitting on their lots. i am sure its a dream selling camaros in winter in the north east.

This sucks. Anyway, speaking to my folks from the NE, or similar climates.. Do you intend on using this car through the winter? This will really be my only car and I drive about 40 miles a day roundtrip for work (mostly highway). Also, I dont have a garage I can use, just a driveway. Should I invest in a good cover for those winter days?

Looking for any thoughts here.

I'm just simply going to park mine once snow hits, which is generally in most cases after Christmas, up until the end of march.

I really want my car..I'm tired of this 4 cylinder.

I may drive mine on some days in the winter but only when the roads are
totally clear. I will drive my 4WD truck most days.

That sucks not having any kind of covered parking.
I would not put a cover on a car that was not completely dry, also thinking that the cover might freeze to the car if any moisture was present. Just my thoughts.

Same here, except my dealer hasn't even been invoiced yet . I was expecting since i ordered my car back in May, and got a TPW of 8/1 that i might actually get to use it for some of the summer, but no. I'm going to be driving it maybe for 2 months if I'm lucky than off to storage for the winter. If there wasn't employee pricing going on in Canada, i would walk away from this deal and order again in February.

Good thoughts -- that's precisely what the instructions say that come with the GM car cover. I have that... just need a car to put under it

Same here -- when the snow and ice hit, it's going in the garage until spring. Something about summer tires and wide flat performance tires and snow don't sound all that appealing.... Nor does salt eating my car alive.

So I really think it's just our week the 2 before are getting most of there cars and after us is shipping also it seems that the converts from our week moved but not the coupes. Who knows but my guess would be we won't get an update if we do until Tuesday something tells me they don't work on weekends up Canada. There is A guy on here who works in the plant I have seen him post before it would be super cool if he could help us out with some information.
