Oh and a rather famous yellow car...

Number3 has graciously offered to have the car in Daytona on Sunday at around 5 PM. We are thinking we will meet at the Daytona speedway. That may change as may the date and time.

I'm sure everyone will understand this is their vacation are willing to accomodate them. So, please be prepared to be flexible as a courtesy to them.

So, if you'd like me to call or email you with last minute details feel free to PM me an email or phone number.

Otherwise I or Number3 will post here if there are any changes.

How long will they be there? I have to work that day until 6, and that's a good 2 to 3 hour drive for me, so at best I could be there a little after 8. I'd really like to see this car and meet a few guys on this site!

I'm thinking an hour or 2 at the most. They are headed back to Orlando that night.

I got a PM from Number 3 and all is still set for 5pm this Sunday at the speedway.

I'm definately gonna do whatever i can to be there. kinda getting screwed with duty this weekend but i should have sunday off, wohoo!

Guys and Gals, packing the Yellow Car tonight. Working 8 and heading South.

Shoot for South of Knoxville tomorrow night, rest of the way to warmth and sunshine on Saturday.

You can make it in two hours or less from Temple Terrace to the parking lot at the raceway (and that's doing it in a crappy Ford Focus).

I can see it now. A single yellow Camaro driving up 95 away from Daytona with a bunch of drooling C5-ers driving behind it like a parade.
