look at the front clip in that picture..look at the roof and the pillars also...then compare it to a body in white you will see the difference

Why? Seriously why is that like that? Theft recovery maybe, auctioned then bought by a body shop to repair a roof damaged Camaro? Convertible conversion that went horribly wrong? Again why?

So it has no roof. The guy coulda chopped it.

The body in white includes a painted or e-coated body shell (colors will vary) and no additional components or materials. The bodies do not have vehicle identification numbers, so they may be used only as racing vehicles that will never be licensed for street driving. Racers will add the powertrain, fuel system, suspension, interior components, glass (or sanctioning body-approved alternative) and safety equipment, then go racing.

This explains why there is no VIN
