Did you get help from the escalation thread?

Hi everyone, I was reading the escalation thread in the issue section and Toyaholic had a really good question that really wasn't answered. The answer was very generic.

Sooo, I thought I would start a thread to get an answer.

For those of you that have had issues and tried to get them resolved this thread is for you. I'm sure you've all read mine.

The question that was asked was "how many positive solutions that make happy customers have come from this thread?" (For Those with Camaro Problems...Escalation Procedure)

Please post if you have been made a happy customer by using the escalation thread.

I'm sure most of us have had to do our own thing.

Just a little info, if you have a bad dealer, you can file complaints with the Federal Trade Commission and Attorney Generals office. Along with calling GM on your own. Don't bother with the BBB, you think GM is bad, try them.
