They are just a decal. If you take it to a body shop at a dealer, they can do it for you. Its a pain to get it on without having the liquid they spray on the car and decal thats allows them to move the decal around and then once they get it in place they squeegie it out and it sticks.

I did mine with Plasti-dip.... cost a whole $7 for a can of it
I'll have to take a pic of it and post it in my album.
