Seems to be a better crowd here that can answer questions. Where can you find the bolt and i guess bolt rod

thing that goes on by the front fender wheel well and the rubber air dam thing that is under the front bumper.

Not sure if this is what you're looking for-

Part# for the plastic bolt and nut that hold the rubber airdam under the front bumper, including the corners, is as follows:

bolt 11610747

nut 11610748

There are 16 total retaining the dam and they sell for close to $4 each, as in $8 for each set
