If you're going to have that tire off by the third I'll gladly borrow it until I can get mine. I'd rather not run on a patch. If not I'll just drive her car. I wont be home till late on the first and then I can concentrate on what I need to do. Thank you kind sir.
I'm glad everyone had a good time. Thank you all for the videos. Lauren took some good pics so I will see if she will post them here or on the STBR site. I hear the test software did a good job as well. Now to get it past the powers that be to purchase the full version. Good luck with that.
Just a quick piece of info on ur tire. If it was mine i would not be worried about it id run it. I was a very small clean hole and took the plug great i bet it will be just fine to do what ever you want with.

I would agree with this Mike, I ran for the first couple months on a P-Zero with 15000 miles and a patch. You are welcome to the extra front, my new ones should be on the car Saturday, but I think your existing tire will be OK..

Jen, could you give me details on what brand Dynomat you used? Where you got it, what thickness, how much it was and how much area did you cover? Do you like the result? Should you have gotten thicker material?Done a larger area? I'm thinking about doing both of our cars. Thx.

I bought a box of hush mat (30 sheets 12.1"x23") total 58 sq dt. Not sure of the thickness and don't remember how much I paid for it...seems like it was around 2 or 300. I put it in the trunk and went all the way to the bottom edge of the back seat...I used a lot in the trunk and probably wasted some so I didn't get to go into the front foot wells like I wanted. I did have about 3 sheets left over when I stopped. My only regret was that I didn't buy more because I felt like it really made a difference.

Where did you buy it? Store or online? I've been looking around and there are some other brands that are not quite as expensive. My question is why this brand? Did you just happen to see it or was it recommended? Did it stink and was it messy to install? Thx

Jumping in, I have purchased the item below and did the entire cab roof and all of a Fbody. Nice improvement but I have to say using that much it did leave a little of a smell. But I dont think you will use that much of it. But it is a good quality and priced well.

Mind yor own business Jerry. JK buddy. I saw that and that's what prompted me to ask why she choose that brand. The hushmat looks like a great product it's just so damn expensive. I want to do the floor and sides of the trunk, below the back seats, up the sides and probably under the front seats and tranny tunnel. I've heard the look under the front seats are already insulated pretty well so I may not have to do that area. She said she used 58 sq ft and that was not enough to do all that I mentioned. Jerry, do you know where to get that FatMat local or is it cheaper to order from eBay or something?

I bought it at custom sounds in San Antonio. I bought it cuz I could get a bigger box than they sell of the stuff at best buy and I really didn't wanna order online. It did have a bit of smell but that went away before long. I do know that doing research said to stay away from certain brands/types that contain tar (I think it was tar) anyway I'm sure youre researching it plenty already. As far as installation it was a pain in the butt because it was middle of summer and HOT!!!! Wasn't too messy but very sticky.

I've been reading a lot of reviews. Unfortunately the FatMat does not score well. The one most people seem to like is SecondSkin Dampilfier. Not as cheap as the FatMat but not as expensive as the DynoMat or Hushmat. Don't see to many reviews on Hushmat. Butyl is the way to go which is what SecondSkin is. Most of the rest are tar based and should be avoided as you said Jen. Thx for the info. I may have a new project when I get home. One car at a time.
