sport mode?

so i saw some people talking about putting their camaro in "sport mode" is this just a fancy way of saying turning off the traction control and stabilitrac? lol im sure its a stupid question but humor me

Sport mode is the option under "D". Just shift one more down.

Looks like he drives L99, moved the shifter down to M, you will see S on the DIC or HUD, thats the sport mode, It's only manual if you use the paddle shifters.

And in Sport Mode (Automatic) your transmission has different shift points. It stays in gears 1 thru 5 a little longer allowing a little more umph in acceleration. Try it. It's fun.

To turn the nannies off you have to hold the traction control button for about 10 sec until both lights come on

Is there a difference in double tapping to put it competitive mode and holding the button till both lights come on?

Yes ^^ double tapping is track/competitive mode holding is turning everything completely off.

Maybe someone can elaborate more thats all I know though

I love that extra umph with my Flowmaster AT. I cant stop from driving her. But i have to cause i dont want to keep putting more miles on her.
