I'm thinking of getting a tune and headers from jannitty or corvette of West Chester.

From what I have read on here, Ted at Jannetty Racing prefers the SCT because they can do more with it. Not sure what exactly without going back and reading again but I remember seeing that same question before.

I am pretty sure that the computer will tell the dealership if the car has been changed at all. Even if it has been restored back to it's original tune.

Really? A custom tune on a L99 or LS3 makes a Huge difference.

in terms of voiding a warranty, for little power, little more TQ, cleaner shifts... its really not that much but then again i have modded much more than the average camaro owner. so to me its nothing, idk about a L99. i know a LS3 its simply not worth it.

JRE tune is worth every penny. It completely changes the car.

10 peak horse but don't you get more torque under the curve overall?

Pretty much once your tuned there is no going back..
The dealership can read your PCM and know that it was flashed with changes before!!
From what I hear though there are dealerships that are mod friendly that will still work on your car, but any major damage and I think your screwed!!

Honestly I don't know Why people get all bent out of shape about losing there warranty anyways. The LS3 And L99 are both reliable and proven engines, I mean come on here, How many times do you see guys posting threads about major work needing to be done or blowing there engines to there car cause of Modding.. you don't, case closed!! If anything tuning and basic bolt ons make your car run a hundred times better!!!

so how do you go about getting a JRE remote tune? do you just call them and tell them what mods you have? and is their remote tune just as good as going to the dyno shop?
